  • Question: How much does it cost to use the Social Sanctuary?
  • Answer: We have many options that will work for your event. Contact us here: artist@gallaghertstaging.com
  • Question: What should I bring?
  • Answer: Please bring Identification, PPE, and an understanding of the Venue Guidelines
  • Question: What additional safety measures are in place?
  • Answer: All locations and surfaces are regularly disinfected, and Venue Protocals are strictly enforced.
  • Question: Where do I park?
  • Answer: When you arrive you will see a parking lot entrance sign. Pull in and grab any available spot. ADA parking is available.
  • Question: How are people to remain socially distanced?
  • Answer: Plexi guards have been installed throughout the venue. In addition we have floor markings spaced out 7 ft from one another that will help determine spacing. We also have a dedicated PPE Enforcement Agent who will help regulate the guidelines.
  • Question: How can I find out when the Social Sanctuary Events are happening?
  • Answer: A Calendar is being created, Please stay tuned.
  • Question: Will there be hand washing stations?
  • Answer: Yes. All of our sinks have sensor switches, so you will be able to wash your hands touch free. In addition, we are also providing mobile sinks in various locations throughout the venue.
  • Question: How can I provide feedback about my experience at the Social Sanctuary?
  • Answer: Please send your feedback to adam@gallagherstaging.com, and expect a response as soon as possible. Please include as much detail as you are able to provide about your experience.
  • Question: What is the ratio of the Main Stage Video?
  • Answer: 3 to 1 Ratio
  • Question: Can I create and submit my own “lower third” (test you see at the bottom of the screen)
  • Answer: Yes. Try going to videohive.com for some templates.
  • Question: Can we use content that is protected by ascap?
  • Answer: No and Yes. No if you do not have permission, or have ownership. Yes it if you do and have prior clearance from the streaming media source. Keep in mind that media sources will block transmission if the permissions have not been granted.
  • Question: What is a “Program Director”?
  • Answer: The Program Director is the person who directs the program……Basically the person that decides what screen is broadcasted during the stream.
  • Question: Can I obtain the audio multi-track files from the performance?
  • Answer: Yes! Please contact your Social Sanctuary representative for pricing.
  • Question: What is DNxHD (aka: Avid DNxHD)?
  • Answer: Avid DNxHD (“Digital Nonlinear Extensible High Definition”) is a lossy high-definition video post-production codec developed by Avid for multi-generation compositing with reduced storage and bandwidth requirements. DNxHD is a video codec intended to be usable as both an intermediate format suitable for use while editing and as a presentation format. DNxHD data is typically stored in an MXF container, although it can also be stored in a QuickTime container
  • Question: Can I stream my content to my own social media outlet?
  • Answer: Yes. We have success sending streaming feeds to Instagram Live, YouTube, Facebook, Twitch and More! ***SPECIAL NOTE*** All performances will be live streamed through the Social Sanctuary platforms of choice unless otherwise arranged prior to broadcast.
