Current Operating Procedures

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment):

  • Employee(s) & guest(s) are required at all time to wear the proper level of protection while inside the venue
  • Levels of protection
    • With many different jobs and requirements taking place within the venue, different levels of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be required
      • Level 1: 
        • Temperature

Pre-Check-in

  • Guest list (limited to 2) to be submitted to artist@gallagherstaging.com no later than one (1) hour before set – preferably thirty (24) hours before set. This total includes any technicians, photographers, assistants, family, friends, or strangers.  No one under the age of 18 will be permitted access.
  • Smoking and vaping is not allowed inside. This is non negotiable. Anyone who fails to abide with these rules will be asked to leave.

Check-in Booth requirements:

  • Arrive: 14325 Alondra Blvd., La Mirada CA 90638
  • BEFORE YOU LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE – Please click here and scan yourself into the screening booth: https://www.gallagherstaging.com/covid-19-safety/
  • Proceed to check-in “SCREENING” booth, and if you have not checked in, please scan QR coded sign on the screening booth
LOOK FOR THIS SIGN
  • Arrive wearing approved face mask
  • Bandanas are NOT sufficient PPE
  • Masks are required to be worn properly at all times
  • Temperature taken by qualified screener 
  • Guest(s)’s temperature, time of arrival, and picture received and inputted into system by qualified screener
  •  Screener and venue will adhere to guidelines created through HIPAA. Information is considered to be sensitive and will not be accessed through public avenues.
  • Receive wrist band
  • Tester / Screener will be required to maintain a Level 2A PPE standard for duration of screening of employee(s) & guest(s)
  • Employee(s) & guest(s) are required to follow all signage posted on and around the check-in / screening booth
    • No Smoking
    • Maintain 7ft social distance
    • Single file line
    • Wait until screener calls you up to the booth
    • Do not litter
    • Navigate to assigned area as screener directs you
      • Enter venue
      • Cool down area 
        • Area for employee(s) & guest(s) that had a high reading of temperature. Area will allow employee(s) & guest(s) to cool down before second reading ten (10) minutes later
        • Employee(s) & guest(s) to remain in designated area until tester / screen communicates next steps
          • Screener goes to designated area; employee(s) & guest(s) no permitted to stand in line until rescreened
        • Cool down area will provide:
          • Fan
          • Chair
          • Shade – via a tent like structure
      • Exit area
        • If an employee(s) or guest(s) test above 100.4° multiple times, he/she will exit the screening area through the appropriate area

Entering Venue:

  • The Venue reserves the right not to permit any person(s) into the building for any reason
  • No one under 18 permitted
  • Employee(s), artist(s) and guest(s) on the list are authorized to enter venue
  • Upon entrance, all employee(s), guest(s), & artist(s) will be required to maintain a Level 1 PPE standard for the duration of their visit
  • If employee(s) & guest(s) are equipped with personal belongings; tool bag, pelican case, backpack with gear, he/she will drop off gear immediately upon entering the venue at the disinfecting stall
    • A designated area will be provided that will accommodate personal gear to go through the disinfectant process
    • Upon completion, personal gear will be available in designated pick up area
      • Employee(s) & guest(s) will be told of area prior to leaving gear
  • If employee(s) & guest(s) do not have gear, he/she will proceed to the lunchroom / breakroom to drop off lunch and/or personal items
    • Each employee(s) will have a designated area within a cubby to leave personal belongings and lunch
  • Once employee(s) & guest(s) puts personal belongings away and connects with supervisor / personnel, he/she will either go to assigned work area or return to pick up gear from disinfecting area

  • Disinfecting Stall
    • All employee(s) will be required to maintain a Level 4 PPE standard for the duration of their work within the disinfecting stall
    • Employee(s) will handle the personal belongings of the crew member(s), guest(s) & artist(s) with courtesy
    • Upon disinfecting, employee(s) will transfer said belongings to the holding area for pick up
    • No one is permitted within the disinfecting stall without permission from supervisor 
    • No one is permitted within the disinfecting stall without proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

Rooms within Venue:

  • Breakroom / Lunchroom
    • All employee(s) & guest(s) will be required to maintain a Level 1 PPE standard for the while in breakroom / lunchroom, with the exception of eating / drinking lunch
    • If employee(s) utilizes the breakroom / lunchroom, social distancing must still be followed
    • During an employee(s) workday, he/she will be allocated breaks as well as a lunch period
    • Table(s) are not to be moved without supervisor’s permission
    • Before sitting at table, employee(s) is encouraged to disinfect area to ensure area is disinfected and sanitized
    • Upon completion of break / lunch, employee(s) are required to disinfect break / lunch area
    • Upon completion of break / lunch, employee(s) are required to throw out all garbage in trash cans provided
  • Menu 
    • As a courtesy, the venue is providing complementary beverages. In order to maintain a safe working area, employee(s) & guest(s) will request specific beverage from authorized “waiter”. The employee(s) & guest(s) will receive an unopened beverage from an authorized employee that is at level 2A on the PPE chart

  • Before door open, a certified employee(s) will begin the process of disinfecting the breakroom / lunchroom utilizing Vital Oxide
  • After each break / lunch time, a certified employee(s) will begin the process of disinfecting the breakroom / lunchroom utilizing Vital Oxide
  • At the end of a work shift, a certified employee(s) will begin the process of disinfecting the breakroom / lunchroom utilizing Vital Oxide
  • To disinfect non-porous areas:
    • Follow these instructions for disinfecting pre-cleaned, hard, non-porous surfaces such as glass, plastic, painted wood, laminate, chrome, stainless steel, polyurethane coated hardwood floors, glazed ceramic tile, sealed concrete, and linoleum floors, exterior of appliances, bed frames, cabinet handles, wheelchairs, child car seats, counters, cribs, doorknobs, tables, tubs, exterior toilet surfaces, faucet handles, handrails, jungle gyms, keyboards, light switch covers, patio furniture, showers, sinks, stovetops, telephones, walls, and waste containers.
    • Vital Oxide must come in contact with the contaminant to effectively disinfectant the surface. Remove any surface barrier between Vital Oxide and the contaminant such as dirt, grime, or organic matter by cleaning before the disinfection application. Vital Oxide may be used for this pre-cleaning step.
    • To disinfect pre-cleaned, hard, non-porous surfaces, apply Vital Oxide full-strength (undiluted), wetting thoroughly with spray, sponge, mop, or by immersion in solution. Allow surfaces to remain wet for 5 minutes or 10 minutes for virus inactivation (refer to the viruses table for contact times). Allow surfaces to remain wet for 10 minutes for bacterial disinfection. For immersion, replace solution daily, or more frequently if it becomes significantly soiled or diluted.
    • Tuberculocidal: For Mycobacterium Bovis-BCG disinfection, the surface must remain wet with product for 10 minutes.
  • To sanitize non-food-contact hard non-porous surfaces:
    • Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538) and Enterobacter aerogenes (ATCC 13048) 99.9% sanitization of non-food-contact and non-porous surfaces
    • Mix 1-part Vital Oxide with 9-parts water. Apply Vital Oxide as a one-step cleaner sanitizer (5% organic soil load) by wetting thoroughly and let stand 5 minutes. Wipe and allow to air dry. No rinse required.
  • Greenroom(s)
    • All employee(s), guest(s), & artist(s) will be required to maintain a Level 1 PPE standard while in greenroom(s)
    • Employee(s), artist(s) and guest(s) will adhere to social distancing guidelines while occupying greenroom(s)
  • Menu 
    • As a courtesy, the venue is providing complementary beverages. In order to maintain a safe working area, artist(s) & guest(s) will request specific beverage from authorized “waiter”. The artist(s) & guest(s) will receive an unopened beverage from an authorized employee that is at level 2A on the PPE chart
  • Before door open, a certified employee(s) will begin the process of disinfecting the greenroom(s) utilizing Vital Oxide
  • During a set, a certified employee(s) will begin the process of disinfecting the greenroom(s) utilizing Vital Oxide
  • At the end of a set, a certified employee(s) will begin the process of disinfecting the greenroom(s) utilizing Vital Oxide
  • Stage(s)
    • All employee(s), guest(s), & artist(s) will be required to maintain a Level 1 PPE standard while on stage(s)
    • Employee(s), artist(s) and guest(s) will adhere to social distancing guidelines while occupying greenroom(s)
  • Before door open, a certified employee(s) will begin the process of disinfecting the stage(s) utilizing Vital Oxide
  • Between sets, a certified employee(s) will begin the process of disinfecting the stage(s) utilizing Vital Oxide
  • At the end of the show, a certified employee(s) will begin the process of disinfecting the stage(s) utilizing Vital Oxide

All locations within Venue:

  • All employee(s), guest(s), & artist(s) will be required to maintain a Level 1 PPE standard while in the follow areas:
    • FOH (Front of House)
    • VIP Booth(s)
    • Audience Pod(s)
    • Bathroom(s)
  • Employee(s), artist(s) and guest(s) will adhere to social distancing guidelines while occupying greenroom(s)
  • Before door open, a certified employee(s) will begin the process of disinfecting the venue utilizing Vital Oxide
  • In between sets, a certified employee(s) will begin the process of disinfecting the venue utilizing Vital Oxide
  • At the end of a set, a certified employee(s) will begin the process of disinfecting the venue utilizing Vital Oxide
  • At the end of the show, a certified employee(s) will begin the process of disinfecting the venue utilizing Vital Oxide

Screening Rejection Letter

You have been screened with a temperature at or above 100.4° Fahrenheit or you are experiencing coughing or shortness of breath.

These symptoms have determined that you are not allowed admittance to Gallagher properties. It is advised that you should monitor your symptoms and call a doctor or use telemedicine if concerned about the symptoms.

Note Gallagher Policy:

An employee sent away can return to work when:

  1. He or she has had no fever for at least three (3) days without taking medication to reduce fever during that time; AND
  2. Any respiratory symptoms (couch and shortness of breath) have improved for at least three (3) days; AND
  3. At least fourteen (14) days have passed since the symptoms began.

An employee may return to work earlier if a doctor confirms the cause of an employee’s fever or other symptoms in not COVI-19 and releases the employee to return to work in writing.

An employee who experiences fever and/or respiratory symptoms while home should not report to work. Instead, the employee should contact his or her immediate supervisor for further direction.
